Egg and Turkey Sausage Breakfast Pizza

This customizable pizza is perfect when trying feed a hungry family and for those picky eaters. The best part of this recipe is that it works great to make ahead and freeze. Perfect for those busy mornings but still want a wholesome meal.

  • 1 pizza crust
  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2 Tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup turkey sausage crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 cup cheese blend shredded (co-jack and mozzarella)
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning


  • Preheat oven to 450 F
  • In a medium fry pan, cook scrambled eggs in butter or desired oil.
  • Prepare turkey sausage according to package and crumble enough to make 1/2 cup. I will buy the precooked turkey sausage crumbles, which greatly cuts back on cook time and easier when cooking with younger kids.
  • Place pizza crust on pizza pan. If you are using pizza dough, try sprinkling cornmeal on the bottom to prevent sticking to the pan.
  • Start assembling the pizza by spreading the scrambled eggs evenly across the pizza crust, followed by the breakfast sausage. Scatter the Parmesan cheese over the egg and sausage, followed by the cheese blend. Finally, sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes at 450 F or until cheese is completely melted.
