Fruit Filled Yogurt Bites

  • 4 cups yogurt
  • 2 cup fruit fresh or frozen


  • Add ingredients to silicone pan and stir. If you use a silicone mini ice cube tray combine ingredients in a bowl then pour into each square.
  • Freeze for at least 3 hours.
  • Let sit at room temperature for 10 -15 minutes before remove from silicone container. If using a silicone pan, cut into ½ inch x ½ inch squares.


Note: Recommend using a silicone mini ice cube tray for ease to avoid having to cut into cubes.
