Mix together peanut butter and honey in medium-sized bowl. Add oats, flaxseed and almonds to peanut butter mixture and stir until evenly combined. Stir in dark chocolate chips and raisins.
Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes. This will firm dough slightly, making it easier to form balls.
Using a 1 tablespoon scoop (or spoon) form dough into round balls. Place balls into an airtight container, placing parchment paper in-between each layer.
Store in refrigerator until you’re ready to enjoy!
