Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup + 1 Tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 cup oats
  • ½ cup flaxseed ground
  • ½ cup almonds finely chopped
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup raisins

Instructions

  • Mix together peanut butter and honey in medium-sized bowl. Add oats, flaxseed and almonds to peanut butter mixture and stir until evenly combined. Stir in dark chocolate chips and raisins.
  • Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes. This will firm dough slightly, making it easier to form balls.
  • Using a 1 tablespoon scoop (or spoon) form dough into round balls. Place balls into an airtight container, placing parchment paper in-between each layer.
  • Store in refrigerator until you’re ready to enjoy!
