Double Chocolate Chip Frozen Yogurt

- 1 cup plain yogurt see homemade crockpot yogurt recipe
- 1/3 cup Chocolate hazelnut spread commonly found as Nutella
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ cup chocolate chips
Add all ingredients except chocolate chips into blender. Puree until mixture is smooth.
Pour into freezable bowl and stir in chocolate chips.
Secure lid onto bowl and freeze. To ensure even distribution of chocolate chips, stir after 2 hours and return to freezer for another hour.
*If the frozen yogurt sits in the freezer overnight or for an extended period of time, try setting it out at room temperature for 15-20 minutes to make scooping easier.
*If you skip the chocolate chips, return the frozen yogurt to the blender to create a smooth soft serve consistency.
