Perfect Turkey Meatballs

  • 1 lb turkey ground
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 Tablespoon Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning


  • Preheat oven to 350℉.
  • Combine turkey, breadcrumbs, cheese, egg and seasoning in large bowl until fully incorporated.
  • Form turkey mixture into balls using a 1 Tablespoon scooper. If using your hands, form into round balls using approximately 1 Tablespoon of turkey mixture. Spread evenly across a lined baking sheet.
  • Bake at 350℉ for 25-30 minutes. Serve immediate or freeze for a later meal.
