  • ½ cup pumpkin puree include liquid
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup oats
  • 1 ½ cups whole wheat flour or flour of your choice
  • 1 ½ Tablespoons natural peanut butter
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • *depending on how moist your pumpkin is you may need to add a couple Tablespoons of water to moisten the dough


  • Preheat oven to 350℉.
  • Combine dry ingredients (oats, flour, and cinnamon) in bowl.
  • In a separate small bowl, stir together wet ingredients (eggs, pumpkin and peanut butter).
  • Add wet ingredients to dry and stir until evenly combined and creates dough. The dough should be a moist crumble and packs together.
  • Roll dough out on a floured surface to approximately ¼” in thickness. Use cookie cutter to create individual treats. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 30 minutes at 350℉.
  • Transfer treats to a cooling rack. The treats will harden as they cool.
