Now that summer is fast approaching, I love bustin’ out seasonal recipes. This is a great way to healthify your favorite ice cream cone. I have found it to be a lot fun at snack time. The kiddos stay busy by creating their own cone and get to enjoy a healthy snack when they’re done. Win-win!
Each one of my kids eats it differently. One will eat just the cone, another gobbles up the yogurt and the rest devour the entire thing. Either way, they all have happy faces when we’re done.
OK, let’s get started. Here’s a list of supplies you’ll need:
- Measuring cup
- Spoon
